Bring the Right People
Whoever owns marketing spend and admissions outcomes should be in the room — decisions move faster together.
Pre-Call Questions, Answered
What actually happens on this call?
A 30-minute working session — not a pitch. We review how patients currently find you, where inquiries leak before they become admissions, and what your acquisition costs look like against comparable programs. You leave with specific observations about your funnel whether or not we ever work together.
What should I have in front of me?
Whatever you can gather comfortably: monthly marketing spend by channel, roughly how many inquiries and admissions you see per month, and your average census. Estimates are fine — directionally right beats precisely blank.
Who from elev8 will be on the call?
A senior strategist who works with behavioral health facilities daily. No handoffs to a junior rep — the person you talk to is the person who evaluates your situation.
Do I need to prepare anything technical?
No. If you have Google Analytics or call-tracking access handy it can make the conversation richer, but nothing is required.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the reschedule link in your Calendly confirmation email — it takes ten seconds and keeps your spot in the calendar without starting over.
Is any of this shared or public?
No. Everything discussed stays between you and elev8. We work with treatment centers every day and treat facility data with the same care we'd expect for patient data — even though we never ask for any.
